What Did She Do?

Author

Colleen S. Myers plays many roles. Not only is she a veteran, a mother, and a practicing physician, but she is a USA Today bestselling writer of science fiction and contemporary romances. Colleen’s dreams include surviving her son’s teenage years, exploring every continent on this planet, except Antarctica, cause that’s way too cold, and winning the Nobel peace prize. Dream BIG! Currently, she is working on There Will Be Blood, the second in her YA Paranormal Romance series. In the meantime, look for her at https://www.colleensmyers.com

Why I Picked It Up

I recently read the first book in The Jensen Sisters series and it really surprised me. So, I was excited to see the second one was already out!

Book Description

Two years have past and the Jensen family is a sensation, good and bad. Unfortunately, eighteen-year-old Addy must confront the actions of her past if she is going to have a future. And someone else knows the truth about her family. What did I do? What did she so? What have we done?

My Thoughts & Takeaways

It’s been two years since the truth of the Jensen family became public knowledge. As 18-year-old Addy returns to town to reconnect with her childhood sweetheart and confront the demons of her past, she finds herself, her sister, and her boyfriend are all in harm’s way from someone else who knows the truth.

This was a great sequel to the first in the series, What Did I Do? These fast-paced books are a fun read full of familial drama and crime. I do think I enjoyed the first book more but not by much. I also anticipated the twist ending; however, I watch/read a LOT of true crime so that may be why.

Definitely interested to see what the Jensen sisters do next.
